Come out, come out wherever you are
So...we can sing a little tune like this...and see where we are...see what shows up when we step out from our hiding place and be seen...here we are! Like the bell sitting in silent function...strike us and what is heard?

Hide and seek is such a wonderful metaphor. Hindus, I believe, use it -- the maya, the illusions of the world is the hiding place for the divine; that god has hidden himself for safe keeping in the human heart; and in the stories like Krishna hiding in the ant hill, etc. Playing hide and seek with my children always held this extra dimension.
I really appreciate this insight...helps me take a look at the illusion to find the divine right there...Thank you
