The THREE 3's
Three objects, three poisons, three seeds of virtue. Here is a practice that we encounter every day. Only you can do it; only I can do it for my self. Take a look how you classify things; like them, dislike them or indifferent; notice the posion that arises with each; attachment, aversion and delusion...then once you see that, once you see how you classify and notice the poison arise ask yourself these two questions:
1. what is the gratification of this habit (like, dislike, indifference)
2. what is the drawback of this habit (attachment, aversion, delusion)
This practice helps you SEE your own situation, your own mind and how it works...can you see?

This practice helps me be in the present right with what arises....
It depends on your mind.
Once again I find myself struggling with physical well-being, particularly my breath, breathing is congested and tight...I recall to just see the breath not form any poison around it; once I can drop the poisons of wanting it or hating the congestion I relax...I see the foolish road of control; of wanting it to be a particular way...usually I wake to this right in the middle of the struggle
